FCCDC Preschool Registraion

Welcome to the online registration form for the FCCDC Preschool, a ministry of Faith Community Church.  Please click on the link below to complete the online registration form.  Please complete a form for each child you wish to register or to learn more information.  A copy of the registration information will be sent to our email address and a staff member will contact you with further information, availability, and to complete the registration process.   In order to secure your child's spot in a class, a $75.00 registration fee per child must be received in our office.  Checks can be mailed to our office attention:  Faith Community Child Development Center, 6228 S. Carr Court, Littleton, CO 80123.  You may also drop off your payment in person during our office hours M-F 8:30 am - 2:00 pm.
